Victoria's Secret Pink
Management position responsible for all aspects of managing a single retail store. Has complete operation liability to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction and profitability goals for the store in compliance with company procedures. Develops and executes short and long-term plans to achieve goals in support of district/region strategy. Ensures the maintenance of expected operational and merchandising standards. Ensures staff maintains store presentation and supports brand consistency. Provides effective training to staff in the areas of customer service, product knowledge, inventory control and merchandising while offering developmental opportunities. Handles store level loss prevention issues. Typically reports to District Manager.

-Associateâs degree or equivalent experience and 3 - 5 years relevant retail management experience

The customer experience manager provides leadership that optimizes sales results with specific ownership for the customer experience on the sales floor. The customer experience manager drives results by developing and executing short term action plans and long term strategies. The customer experience manager leads brand initiatives to create an excellent associate and customer experience, while meeting and exceeding company productivity standards and managing controllables.
Summary of essential job functions

-Supports, models and enhances all selling and sales support behaviors to ensure a seamless customer experience
-Analyzes customer experience reports and insights and mobilizes the team accordingly

The sales associate drives total store results by delivering a best-in-class, captivating, branded customer experience that builds loyalty and enables consistent sales and profit growth:
-Displays expert product knowledge of all categories on the sales floor and in the fitting room
-Utilizes appropriate selling tools
-Assists direct manager in execution and maintenance of company directives
-Reviews performance screens and communicates key metrics to customer sales lead
-Executes register opening and closing procedures accurately, including change orders
-Assists in mid-day deposit process
-Executes purchases and returns/exchanges for customers and associates per store operating procedures policy
-Executes register no-sales and post voids when necessary per store operating procedures policy
-Executes punch guarding for store associates
-Maintains awareness of all sales, promotions, and applicable ringing procedures
-Utilizes mobile point of sale (MPOS) units during peak times
-Builds customer loyalty through current brand strategies
-Understands, adheres to and reinforces brand standards
-Recovers merchandise to standard in between customers
-Replenishes merchandise to standard to create a full and abundant presentation
-Assists in housekeeping of sales floor and communicates maintenance issues
-Assists in maintenance of merchandise flow standards
-Conducts daily review and inspection of sales floor to ensure all brand standards are in place
-Supports category managers in development and execution of merchandising and sell down strategies
-Reinforces all activities related to providing a safe working environment
-Maintains an awareness of loss prevention by supporting a culture of honesty and connecting the links between customer service, associate engagement, and shrink
Contributes to building a high performance team:
-Assists in the observation and training of new sales associates, to include mentoring and serving as a shadow partner
Takes responsibility for the following metrics, in addition to performance evaluation criteria and supporting key total store metrics:

-Possess and demonstrates genuine desire to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
-Demonstrates ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
-Demonstrates ability to follow through on projects in a timely and efficient manner
-Demonstrates ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
-Demonstrates desire to learn about products within all categories
-Ability to stand for long periods of time
-Flexibility to work varying shifts, primarily peak business periods
-Previous sales experience preferred

Part- Time Facilities Associate (Housekeeping)
Victoria's Secret is looking for a facilities/housekeeping associate that will be responsible for cleaning floors, bathrooms, fixtures and empty trash from sales floor and backroom. Changes light bulbs and other various cleaning needs.
Qualifications:
· Ability to follow through on projects in a timely manner.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to stretch, bend and lift moderate weight.
· Comfortable on a ladder at various heights.
· Previous retail/business facility service or maintenance experience.
· Flexibility to work vigorously as the job requires a lot of physical labor.
· Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities Include:
